Expedited Parcel - Canada Post
Cost effective, ground parcel shipping service. Expedited Parcel delivers the next business day locally, 1 to 4 business days regionally, and 4 to 12 business days nationally between major Canadian centres.
Xpresspost - Canada Post
Provides fast delivery at a cost much less than courier. Xpresspost delivers next business day locally and regionally, and 2 to 7 business days nationally between most major Canadian centres.
Store Pick-up
In-store pickup is a fast, convenient way to shop. You can research your purchase on our site, buy it online and pick it up at our store after we notify you it is ready.
Sure Courier or MBW Courier
Usually delivered within 1-3 business days anywhere Sure Courier or MBW Courier deliver. Offline Points may carry an additional charge.

Shipping Cut-off Times
We ship orders Tuesday through Friday. Orders received by 3:30PM (Our Time) are generally shipped on the same day. Order submitted after cut-off time are shipped next business day.
Shipment Arrivals
Time in transit is not guaranteed. Accurate tracking is sometimes not available until 1 business day before the expected arrival. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation that includes a tracking number. You can track your order by visiting the Canada Post website at www.canadapost.ca and typing in your tracking number.
RCWW and/or carrier reserve the right to request a signature for proof of delivery. We cannot demand a shipment carrier to leave a package at the door.

USA & International Orders
RCWW guarantees shipping only to Canada. For shipping status to other countries, please send inquiries to sales@rcwings.com.
Fuel & Dangerous Goods
Fuel and other dangerous goods such as rocket engines and spray cans cannot be shipped by normal methods and are only available for pick-up or wherever Courier delivers in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick. Some restrictions do apply.
Damaged Shipments
If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives at your door, please REFUSE the delivery. If you have already accepted a package, and then discover that it has been damaged, call us immediately. We'll take it from there. Be sure to save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise yourself. It could jeopardize your claim and keep you from receiving credit for the return.
Lost Shipments
